Our foundation, educational backgrounds and experience lie in construction therefore we can dig in to the technical aspects of our projects with ease as opposed to many PM/CM firms who have architectural or engineering backgrounds.
We have vast experience with design-build and design-assist projects so we also have a good handle on how architects and space planners design spaces. We frequently challenge designers to find more efficient and cost-effective layouts and designs for our clients.
We understand the permitting process and can help find workable, real-world solutions and strategies to obtain permits as timely as possible so work can be implemented in a manner that is cost-efficient while delivering the space on time.
